Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it submitted to another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

  • Two copies of manuscript should be submitted. One with the author affiliation and the other without author information and acknowledgement both in Microsoft Word.

  • English is the offical language of the journal, but in some special issues where Chinese maybe acceptable. However, an English title page with abstract, keywords, and English references should preceed the Chinese manuscript.

•1.      PURPOSE

"Systematic Innovation" is a set of knowledge/tools/methods which can enable systematic development of innovative problem solving and/or opportunity identification. The International Journal of Systematic Innovation (IJoSI) publishes original research papers original research articles, reviews and short articles in all areas of this field.

•2.      SUBMISSION

Registration and login on the website of the Journal (http://www.IJoSI.org/) are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions. If you already have a Username/Password for International Journal of Systematic Innovation, you may Go to Login. If you need a Username/Password, please Go to Registration.  After registration, you can login and submit papers and/or check the status of submissions.

The IJoSI will apply sanction against authors who are discovered to have made duplicate submission, which prohibits the authors/co-authors of any submissions.

•3.      FORMAT and TEMPLATE

Details of the format of an IJoSI paper is described in the templates. The authors are suggested to prepare their manuscripts using this template.

•4.      Publication Charge

Regularly submitted papers are normally waived of publication charge.

A paper in a special issue or requesting an expedited process is required to pay for a publication fee of NET USD 120 per paper.

  • For special issue situations, a brief proposal with the theme of the special issue, among others, must be sent to the chief editor to request a special issue. If approved, a special issue section associated with the proposed theme will be designated. Papers submitted toward that special issue should select the corresponding section during the submission stage.
  • The author requesting an expedited process, should select the Expedited Section during the submission process and make clear the intention in the cover letter to the Chief editor.
