There is no specific form for a special issue proposal. A reference structure is suggested below: If applicable, please include, the following items:

• Purpose and scope of the special issue. (brief)
• Suggest the theme or title of the special issue.
• Suggest sources of the special issue.
• Organizers of the special issue which may include: key organizers' positions, specialties, and responsibilities. Suggested guest editor(s), if any. (NO more than 3 persons. preferably one or two.)
• Major possible topical areas. (more elaborative, compare to item 1.)
• Proposed Guest editor, if any, with affiliation and qualifications,
• Target schedule. (the month of related event, the month of receiving papers; the month of review completion; targeted issue month. etc.)
• A “Call For Special Issue”, if appropriate.
• Other worth-noting items.
