Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging digital technologies are rapidly transforming the way complex problems are modeled, analyzed, and solved across scientific, industrial, organizational, and societal domains. Recent advances in Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, Multimodal Learning, Federated Learning, Explainable AI, Computer Vision, Intelligent Information Systems, And Data-Driven Decision-Making are enabling new forms of intelligent and adaptive digital systems.
This Special Issue, “Advances in Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Digital Technologies,” aims to bring together original research, methodological contributions, systematic reviews, and innovative applications that demonstrate how AI and advanced digital technologies can support systematic problem solving, intelligent decision-making, process improvement, and digital innovation. Particular attention will be given to novel or systematically designed AI methods, hybrid architectures, privacy-preserving and trustworthy approaches, intelligent data-processing frameworks, and interdisciplinary applications.
The Special Issue welcomes contributions spanning areas such as intelligent healthcare, agriculture, cybersecurity, IoT, energy, finance, education, digital governance, industrial transformation, NLP for social media mining, computer vision, and intelligent information systems. Beyond application-specific performance, submissions are encouraged to highlight methodological innovation, reproducibility, robustness, explainability, sustainability, and the broader contribution of AI-enabled approaches to reliable and innovative digital systems.
Contributions may also extend to scientific computing, computational modeling, sports analytics, and other interdisciplinary domains, provided that they demonstrate a clear and substantial contribution through innovative AI-driven approaches, rigorous methodological or systematic analysis, advanced computational techniques, or emerging digital technologies.
