Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming biomedical research, healthcare delivery, and therapeutic innovation by enabling data-driven approaches for disease prediction, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. This Special Issue, "AI for Precision Medicine, Drug Discovery, and Digital Health," aims to highlight cutting-edge research that leverages AI and machine learning to advance personalized healthcare and translational biomedical sciences. We welcome contributions spanning genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, clinical data, medical imaging, electronic health records, and real-world health data to support biomarker discovery, patient stratification, disease risk prediction, and precision therapeutics. The issue will also showcase AI-enabled approaches for drug and vaccine discovery, including target identification, protein-ligand interaction, generative molecular design, pharmacogenomics, drug repurposing, and systems biology. In addition, we encourage submissions on digital health technologies such as clinical decision-support systems, predictive analytics, biosensors, disease surveillance platforms, One Health applications, antimicrobial resistance monitoring, remote healthcare solutions, and explainable AI frameworks for healthcare. By bringing together researchers from biomedical sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, computer science, public health, and clinical medicine, this Special Issue seeks to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and accelerate the translation of AI-driven innovations into precision healthcare, therapeutic development, and improved patient outcomes.
